山東裝載機液力傳動冷卻系統(tǒng)的改進措施

目前裝載機所用液力傳動冷卻系統(tǒng),多將液力傳動油散熱器內(nèi)置于發(fā)動機管帶式散熱器水室中。這種散熱方式啟動初期傳動效率低,液力傳動油溫度過高,液力傳動油與冷卻液易相互串腔。針對這種情況需要哪些改進措施呢?
1、加裝節(jié)溫器
根據(jù)液力傳動油溫的高低,節(jié)溫器可自動改變液力傳動油的循環(huán)范圍(大循環(huán)或小循環(huán)),調(diào)節(jié)冷卻系統(tǒng)的散熱能力,保證液力傳動變速箱在合適的油溫范圍內(nèi)工作。

2、改進散熱器結(jié)構(gòu)
為解決油溫過高和液力傳動油與發(fā)動機冷卻液相互串腔問題,決定將內(nèi)置的液力傳動油散熱器更換為外置的板翅式散熱器。板翅式散熱器具有傳熱效率高、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、強度高、適應性強等特點,而且具有擴展的二次表面,這使得它的散熱面積比管帶式散熱器的散熱面積大很多。

Plate-fin heat sink has a high heat transfer efficiency, compact structure, high strength, adaptability and other characteristics, but also has expanded secondary surface,which makes it an area much larger than the heat pipe radiator cooling belt area.
3、改進效果
將改進后的新型液力傳動冷卻系統(tǒng)在我公司裝載機上實驗,工作時液力傳動油溫始終處于70~90℃范圍內(nèi),冷卻效果良好。
